connect different subnet in HyperV

Hello Everyone,

Any tool , Software or application which I can use as switch.

I have Physical machine and I have installed hyperVisor on it .
Have installed 5 machines and all of them have different subnet.

Can anyone suggest or recommend a tool /software which I can use to communicate between these 5 subnet.

    As per article we'll need a switch...

    This is my test lab /Home server and I don't have any switch.

    Yes, that's correct, you'll need a layer three device. Might give this a go.
