Where I can activate query_store_capture_mode in MariaDB 10.3?

In the documentation I found:
Enable Query Store using the Azure portal
Sign in to the Azure portal and select your Azure Database for MariaDB server.
Select Server Parameters in the Settings section of the menu.
Search for the query_store_capture_mode parameter.
Set the value to ALL and Save.

but I have not the "query_store_capture_mode" parameter

    Unfortunately, it is not supported on MariaDB 10.3. that is what the documentation states and the feature is not supported on 10.3 Please check the document for reference
