admin access required to disable entries in personal startup folder

Hello,

When trying using autoruns to disable an entry in personal startup folder (AKA "shell:startup" or "%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs") I'm getting this warning

and operation is not performed
I don't understand why, Not sure but I think it worked fine in older versions.
