Hello,

My organizations Quality Assurance Department is working to create a "Read and Understood" flow for SOPs and policies in SharePoint. The idea is that a flow will be ran on a document sending an approval to a list of required users. The users will be sent an email notifying of the update and asking to "Approve- Read and Understood" or "deny". The response will update a list with the user, document and revision, date/time request was sent, response and response date/time. I have built out a flow but I am having trouble getting the list to actually update.

Could anyone provide a flow that would work for this concept?

    Hi @Mikaela Gutierrez ,

You could create an approval flow that requires everyone to approve, there is a flow already defined in Power Automate for 'Request approval (everyone must approve) for a selected file'.
I don't know if this custom flow meets your needs. The summary appearance of the response after the created approve flow runs, including Response, Request Date, Response Date, etc. I see that you want to update the list, not sure if you want to update the user list, add the required columns to display in the user list? If the update of the list does not meet your needs, it is recommended that you go to the Power Automate community for better help.
