We have a Cognitive Service account, which should cover the Language services. However, as I try to use Language Studio, it isn't detecting the cognitive service account (when it asks me for a Language resource) connected to my account. Does our Cognitive service account not count as a language resource? It should cover all Cognitive Services.

Currently All-In-One Cognitive resource is not supported for Language Studio.

I just created a Language Service resource, and then move to Language studio, it detects my Azure directory, my Azure subscription, my Resource Type, but not my resource.

I also have this same issue. Has anyone resolved it yet?

It resolved itself. Had to wait about half an hour, then the language studio could find the langauge service.
