Are there any Activity Logs on Azure Spot VM interruptions?

Are there any activity logs generated when Azure Spot VMs or VMSSes are interrupted either to be deallocated or deleted? Is there an example log payload somewhere?

@Mark Whitney For Azure Spot VM interruptions(Eviction), you can opt for Azure Schedules Events for the notifications.

Thanks, yes, we saw the Scheduled Events API. Is it possible to get the preemption events from any other API besides from the VM itself that is scheduled for preemption?

We have a similar situation, and are still looking for a less convoluted solution than to listen and capture for notifications from within the VM. Is there any way to review a notification log of the deallocations/deletions that would be kept outside the VM?

Hi,

you can find it in the activity log of the subscription with operation name= 'EvictSpotVM'
