This issue did occur currently. We could try the following steps to resolve this issue:
Open CMD as an administrator and then enter the following command:
reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319 /V SchUseStrongCrypto /T REG_DWORD /D 1
After doing the above, we could try to import the updates again.
