How do I cancel my Azure Pay-as-you-go subscription?

    You should go to your subscription blade choose the subscription and hit Cancel subscription

    Adding onto what @Carlos Solís Salazar said, please keep in mind that you need to be signed in with a Service administrator account or be a Subscription Owner to cancel your pay-as-you-go subscription.

    Recommended actions prior to cancelling your subscription:

    • Back up your data. For example, if you're storing data in Azure storage or SQL, download a copy.
    • Shut down your services.
    • Consider migrating your data.
    • Delete all resources and all resource groups.
    • If you have any custom roles that reference this subscription in AssignableScopes, you should update those custom roles to remove the subscription. If you try to update a custom role after you cancel a subscription, you might get an error.
