Virtual machine billing too high

I am a startup founder that depends heavily on Azure virtual machine to host my backend server my. I discovered that i am being billed for services i don't use in Azure.

I use only a virtual machine with 2vcpu, P2 8 GiB ram, DNS.

I found out that I am being charged for a P10 premium storage disk and other excess charges for a startup to handle. I haven't even launched yet but I am being billed way higher than I can handle.

Please look into this issue.

    Please use the Azure pricing calculator in order to determine the pricing of your workloads as there are quite a number of factors that could lead to such high pricing. Once you have determined the service you have been charged for, you can easily choose to reduce or remove such.

    I suggest you switch from a Premium disk to a Standard Disk as Premium Disks are designed to support I/O intensive workloads with significantly high throughput and low latency hence the really high price.
