I have two physical servers with CEntOS and I would like to run the disaster recovery service on these. Is it possible? As I have seen Disaster recovery is intended for Hyper-V and VmWare VMs, is there any way to do it?

I have some doubts about this issue.

How do I link the CentOS physical server to the process server so that it appears in azure? I mean, in azure once the tool is installed and the host is configured, the physical server should appear, how do I make it appear?

Is it possible the return in case of a failover?

The process server will install an agent on the physical servers that will convert the disk to a virtual disk and upload it to Azure, just link Disk2VHD.

It will work like this:

You can fail back to a virtual server such as hyper-v or vmware

When installing and configuring the process server, is there any VMware software needed on this server? I ask because in the documentation this appears under software specifications:

Software Requirements
Component Requirement
VMware vSphere PowerCLI Not required for versions 9.14 and above.
MYSQL MySQL must be installed. You can install it manually or Site Recovery can install it (For more information, go to the configuration definition).

On the other hand, the process server machine and configuration is the same, isn't it?

When installing configuration server (process server), you will download and install Microsoft Azure Site recovery unified installation, and this installer will install all prerequisites automatically, and for physical machine you don`t need VMware powercli, just like:
