Add some countrie's holidays to all user's outlook with gpo!!

Hi there,
I hope you are all well.

I have a strong question which I have searched so many for a suitable solution, but I didn't succeed to find a correct answer.
We have many offices in other countries.

I need to add some country holidays to all user's outlooks. Regarding my concept, I would like to add these holidays, so that the current user's calendar will be affected and if I create a new user later, this holiday add automatically to this user.

I think the best solution is that I do this with GPOs to do it automatically for the next users. But I can't find a solution to this question.

Is any other suggestion for creating this GPO or other solution for this project?

I have asked some other questions from @Vasil Michev to understand that script.

But I have a question for you. You sent in your comment a link to guide me to add holidays in the outlook setting. I want exactly do this but with GPO or another way, that apply for all curren domain users and next users who will be added automatically to our domain in the future.

If you want to add a set of holidays to each user's calendar, the best approach it to use an EWS- or Graph-based solution. Many thanks for your response and time. I ask questions because I am not a professional PowerShell man.

As I understood, this script will apply the information from a CSV file to other users. I can't understand that will be set with this script our calendar to all users? If the answer is yes, how? In which part of the code can I check that?

And another question, as I said in my question, will this calendar with this script apply automatically to the next users, that in the future will be added to our domain? This is for me so important whether this function exists or not.

The script uses the EWS API to create events in user's mailboxes based on the data provided in the CSV file. You specify the mailbox via the -EmailAddress parameter, and you need to run the script individually for reach mailbox where you want to populate such events. In order for the script to be able to do its job, you need to run it with a user that has been granted Impersonation rights, or has Full access permissions on the mailbox(es) in question.
You are of course right to be wary of random scripts you download from the internet. In order to properly understand how the process works, you need to have some basic PowerShell knowledge and understand the basics of EWS impersonation too. There's no way around this unfortunately, as there is no built-in functionality that can address your scenario. You'll either need to use a pre-built script, such as the one I linked to above, or create your own. Alternatively, look for some Outlook add-in that might be able to do the same.

Once you have tested the script and are satisfied with the results, you can add it as part of your "onboarding" process to address the need of populating events for newly created users. Alternatively, add it as a extension agent script.
