Access restriction to function app to serve requests coming from AAD B2C only

Hey all,

Is there any possible to way to use access restrictions for function app so that it only serves to the requests coming from Azure AD B2C instance?
This is already explained here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58492969/azure-active-directory-b2c-app-service-api-firewall-restrictions sometime back and do not see any possible solution even today. (white-listing the IP address range of entire Azure region does not sound practical and correct).

Is this already on the radar of product team to enable B2C as service tag so that it can be used for access restrictions? Can someone please confirm?

Not sure how not getting any response to the question asked is directly related to the quality of the question being asked?
Would it be worth to understand the question and context in detail than responding with generic text in rush?
