You're saying that the outlook client you're using, every time you start it, there's a shared mailbox on the left side of outlook, and after a while it disappears on its own, right? I did not have such an issue in my tests, and the shared mailbox is always on the left side of my outlook.
As @T. Kujala said, have you tried it, and has it worked? After my search, you can try creating a new profile or boot using Safe Mode. For ways to create a new outlook profile you can refer to this link:
