Problem accessing to VLSC portal after Azure AD domain deletion

Hello everyone.

We had an account user@keyman .com with access to VLSC portal.

After that we activated free Azure AD subscription, added "domain.com" to Azure AD domain list and enabled Azure AD synchronization with pass-through authentication. Login name for user@keyman .com was not changed, so there was no problem with VLSC access.

Yesterday we decided to turn off Azure AD synchonization and delete "domain.com" from Azure AD domain list. And now our user is renamed to "user@keyman .onmicrosoft.com" and doesn't have access to VLSC portal.

What can we do to regain access to VLSC?

Thanks in advance.

@Turboon-7101 Were you easily able to get this resolved? I am going through the exact issue now... had a "Work Account" forever using my company domain name. Just started our e-mail migration and hooked in AD Connect. Now it says my account doesn't exist. My biggest issue is that I have dozens upon dozens of clients Open Licenses in my account. I can't lose this access. Any input/advice you may have after going through this would be hugely appreciated! Just want to be prepared for any response they may have.

    Thanks!
