Is it possible to ensure security on packages being deployed to a standalone Service Fabric cluster?

Hi everyone.
I'm intrigued if it is possible to configure a standalone Service Fabric Cluster to validate packages that are being deployed.
Something like having the package encrypted and the cluster having to decrypt it using the public key on the deployment?
I'm also open to different approaches.

Can you please share more details on this to assist you better. Why are you looking for SF to decrypt the application package? Is it because of any security reasons?
If so, deploying Containers on SF will make more sense rather than SF app packages.For packaging an app, please check this document.
