I see a preview feature called Azure AD Certificate Based Authentication: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/concept-certificate-based-authentication

Can this be used to enable PowerShell unattended access for script automation between AD and Azure AD?

    Apologies for the delayed response. Checked with my team regarding your ask related to Azure AD Certificate based authentication for PowerShell unattended access, unfortunately this is not supported, Headless clients cannot do Certificate based authentication.
