    Hi @Irin Sultana ,

Thank You for hiding information. I found the solution of that. It was TLS issue. I solved it.

Great to know that you've already thought of a solution and really appreciate it for your sharing!
By the way, since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. Hi @Irin Sultana ,
Considering that it's a public forum, I have covered the personal information in your post involved for privacy concern.

    ----------

I wonder if you created a dedicated Receive connector to specify the network hosts that are allowed to anonymously relay messages?
If not ,please refer to the step in the following link to create the dedicated receive connector for anonymous relay.
And add the IP address that can use this connector to anonymous relay into the Remote network settings.
Allow anonymous relay on Exchange servers | Microsoft Learn
Then use third-party software testing to send an email to see if there are any changes.

Please also make sure you have checked these settings in your tenant: Error: Authentication unsuccessful.

Azure Security Defaults may cause the issue to be enabled (by default) in your tenant, and you need to disable it in Azure AD protocol.
There is also a link with the same issue for your reference: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful

Also, add -credential (get-credential) to pass the sender's credentials to the Office 365 server.
