    Hello @Faiaz Pasha Shaik ,

    Thanks for the ask and also for using the forum .
    The Azure data factory is a workflow / pipeline which is more focused on data movement from a source and destination .
    It has inbuilt features like parallelien and fault tolerance etc . Logic apps can do more then data movements.
    In your case since you are talking about huge DW , I think ADF can be more helpful as it is designed for that reason .
    Mapping data flow is more focused on Transformation logic .
