disastar recovery for Azure PaaS solutions

Hi

We have multiple Virtual machine running in Azure, we created Recovery service vault and configured in a different Azure regions to support the disaster recovery.

Do we need to prepare disaster recovery for Azure PaaS solutions as well.
we have lot of web applications,logic apps, azure function running in Azure PaaS environment do we need to consider disaster recovery for these PaaS services as well or Microsoft Azure will give us the 99.9999 availability on the PaaS solutions.

Disaster recovery strategy will be specific to each service – so it would take due diligence effort to combine it all into the single solution
