Unable to link my Work account to my personal account

I am unable to add my Personal account to link it into my WOrk account to retrieve the advance

The system loops after I Select add account, and gets back at the same spot.

I have already tried to clear cookies, erased all browsing data, even Incognito on chrome and InPrivate in Edge, nothing works
