Cannot find title players in player management

I have two accounts already in use (I can login in Unity through the two email accounts). I haven't logged in for about 1 month, but when I need to check the player data in the dashboard today, the two accounts not showing in the query list when I search them, even though I've tried searching via PlayfabID. What can do to get back the player title and the data?
