Is it possible to block a group from the Azure portal of the web application?

I am developing a web application and was asked to connect it to Azure. I can create users and also choose whether to enable or disable them to use the application, that is, some users can access and use it and others cannot. The problem is that we want to make groups with many people and we don't want to enable or disable them one by one, we want to put them into a group (called "Enabled Sector" for example) and that group only has access to use the application, and that there is a group called "No access" and that members of this group cannot use the application. I was going through the entire portal but I did not find anything that allows me.

I wanted to know if this is possible or if you have to enable/disable users one by one.

Is this group to add or delete personnel within the asp.net core application or in Azure AD app?

Can you share any documentation that you're following or any screenshots, so I can gain a better understanding of your issue?
