Outlook keeps freezing.

Hello,
I recently got an update I believe, and my Outlook has been completely dysfunctional. Keeps freezing after I click on few emails. I uninstalled it few times, and then installed the latest version from Portal.office.com. It still keeps freezing.

I have an option to use the Outlook PREVIEW which actually doesn't freeze, but I do not like the look of the PREVIEW and some vital functionalities are missing from there such as GREY THEME which was good for my eyes. I find white theme too bright for me.

    What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
    And have you done any other operations? Such as intalling third-party programs or addins?
    In addition, do other user around you encounter the same issue or does this issue occur with other machines?

    As we know, there are a number of possible reasons for Outlook to freeze, such as damaged profile, third-party add-ins, etc. It's suggested that you could refer to this article ang try the steps for troubleshooting: Outlook not responding error or Outlook freezes when you open a file or send mail.

    In addition, i found that there's a known issue mentioned that when opening, replying, or forwarding some emails that include complex tables, Outlook stops responding. The same table contents will also cause Word to stop responding. If this is your issue, please try to install the update from Outlook.     Ways to fix if Outlook keeps freezing

    Install the latest updates.
    Make sure that Outlook is not in use by another process.
    Check the problem caused by external content.
    Investigate possible add-in issues.
    Check whether your mailbox is too large.

    It was better for few days already, but today the problem started again - Outlook is constantly freezing.

    Have you done any specific operations before the issue started again? Such as installing third-party programs?

    Considering the impact of some third-party programs on your computer, please try to perform a clean boot for windows and check if the issue still occur.

    In addition, considering the influence of some views, please try a command to reset the view settings: win+R> type: outlook /cleanviews.(This command will delete all custom view settings. If you need to keep other view settings, please remember to back up.)
