simulation quantum image enctyption

Question

hi .I am a master student in computer engineering, my research title is quantum image encrypted in E- health system . I have experience in Asp.net core , c# more than 8 years. How can I use azure service in my project?
I complete E-health system in asp.net core and upload to azure and the images within system upload to azure storage using blob how can simulate image in the system with quantum azure help me please
