Can someone take a few hours out of their busy lives and fix the project templates?

updated.
Created a MVC (NOT CORE) project and ran it. Everything is beautiful.
Edited _Layout view - added an image. Now:

Look. at first these project templates saved guys like me HUNDREDS OF HOURS creating a project. No it's almost easier to make a personal wiki and do the whole thing in Notepad++.
If there is some newer-fangled way I'm supposed to be creating these projects please tell me. But these broken templates are making me regret giving up woodworking as a career.

StackOverflowException is thrown for execution stack overflow errors, typically in case of a very deep or unbounded recursion. So make sure your code doesn't have an infinite loop or infinite recursion.

there is nothing wrong with the template. its your edits to the template code. as you do pt show your edits we can not guess what coding error you made.
I rebooted the computer and the problem stopped happening.
