No such host is known

I developed App Service netcore2.1 witch call remote API method over HttpClient PostAsync method. App service worked OK until last week. Now i get error : One or more errors occurred. (No such host is known).

    Hi @JDM IV Solution ,
    The problem may be caused by DNS resolution failure.
    The following question might me helpful.
    While sending request from API to Service bus, error occured "No such host is known" (09b49113)
