Hi, I want to try this template to my site, but why my site setting couldn't find and apply this template ? could you provide the file for me to make me import? and, I know sharepoint 365 could set up "blog site" to fits our needs, but I'm not sure that sharepoint online does too. does anyone help me?

Hi @Jasper_Wang , According to my research and test: 1, The "Department" is a template of Communication site, may I know what is the type of your site? Is it a Communication site? Please check. For more details, there is an article for your reference. 2, About the "blog site", From July 17th, 2020, the ability to create new classic blog sites through the user interface had been turned off. So we’re afraid that there is no out of box way to create a blog site now in SharePoint Online. To address your concern about the situation, we’d suggest you go to feedback on this issue, this is the best platform to let us hear from you and make our products and services better for you and others. For a workaround, we’d suggest you create a blog with communication sites and news posts: you use news posts as your blog pages. Then, you can display those blog pages in a news web part filtered to show only blog pages. You can also link directly to blog posts from other web parts like the hero web part. 1, The "Department" is a template of Communication site, may I know what is the type of your site? Is it a Communication site? Please check.

Yes,my site is Communication site.
When I click "change the look" , I only see the picture

my site setting only can find out "Import Design Package"
and just can upload the template file.

According to my research and test, this may be related to the user's permissions. Only user with full control permission can see the "Apply a site template" option. Please check your permission level.

We need to set a blog to record our debug experiences on SharePoint online ,
and it have many of category to group difference post,

now we set the category by adding a column which made by "choice" format ,
but still can't link to the same category quickly ,

↑ Categories was made by "choice" format

so currently, I use the "button" to link the url which is filtered by category, but it was not efficient and inconvenience,

↑ We need to create many many button to link url which is flitered by category to same category post by myself.
