Training stuck for hours in custom vision

I have a free tier custom vision account that we have been using successfully for months. However we recently tried to train a latest iteration and its been stuck in training for something like 24 hours (though we specified much less than that). There does not seem to be a way to stop it. It seems like something is broken. Any ideas.

Here is what we see.

Our goal of course is to train another iteration of our model, but for now it would be great to stop this iteration. It doesn't appear to be doing anything.

    You have been enabled for one-time Free Technical Support. To create the support request, please do the following as detailed below. It may take up to 1 hour for the free support ticket enablement to go through.

    • Go to the Health Advisory section within the Azure Portal: https://aka.ms/healthadvisories
    • Select the Issue Name "You have been enabled for one-time Free Technical Support"
    • Details will populate below in the Summary Tab within the reading pane and you can click on the link "Create a Support Request" to the right of the message
