Adobe Fill and Sign is lost once Azure Virtual Desktop Reboots

Hi,

We have setup Azure Virtual Desktop with FSlogics. All other user profiles and settings are being saved and redirected successfully. We are facing an issue where when user upload an image of signature in fill and sign. The signature is kept and even if the user logs off and log in the signature is saved. When the Azure virtual desktop is rebooted, the user needs to upload again. from the Adobe forum it is stated the signature is being saved in the \Users\ <user> \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security. We have checked upon the Azure virtual desktop reboot, the files are still there but user needs to upload the image again.

Any hint will be appreciated

What is the path of the specific file?

I see that this issue is being worked on with the help of support engineer as part of the support case you have open. I will continue internally monitoring this support case and share the update/resolution here for others in the community who might be facing the same issue.
