One of my clients runs a dispatch center; each dispatcher login using a common email account. At a time, we can have 8 dispatchers online, and they need to open the same outlook account. With the concurrent limit Office 365 has, id it going to be an issue when we migrate this account.

Could you please tell more information about the migration you mentioned above, what's your current environment and where do you want to migrate the account?
What's the type of this account? Have you considered covert this mailbox to a shared mailbox, and grant the dispatchers right permission, so they can access and send from this mailbox. There should be no concurrent limit issue.
If I have any misunderstanding about this issue, please correct me.
They are currently running Exchange server 2019; and slowly migrating to O 365.
Account is setup by the Dispatch application, all the dispatchers need to use the same login.
We were considering to make it a sharedmailbox. just wanted to see whether anyone else was in the similar situation.

According to my research, there is a limit of 20 concurrent connections per mailbox, and if you still have other concern about this question, feel free to let us know.
