Cannot login to app using Azure

When trying to login with MS Azure account to our project management tool, the following error is encountered:
ServerError: invalid_client: AADSTS650051: Using application 'Qpunch-app' is currently not supported for your organization pmobytes.com because it is in an unmanaged state. An administrator needs to claim ownership of the company by DNS validation of pmobytes.com before the application Qpunch-app can be provisioned.
