Differences in .NET Framework4.8 Application behavior between Windows 10 and Windows 11

Hi.

I have an application created with .net framework 4.8.
If .net framework 4.8 is installed on Windows 10 and Windows 11, I'm wondering if there is any difference in application behavior.
Can the .net framework (CLR) guarantee that there is no difference?

    .NET Framework4.8 Application should behavior the same between windows 10 and windows 11.
