Why my translator shows "Translation failed. Please try again later." when I input some words on the "Try it" page from azure control panel ?

My two translators worked well one hour ago. But I found one of them didn't work anymore (another translator still works.). Once I input something in "Try it" on the Azure control panel, An error msg will be displayed: Translation failed. Please try again later.
Why is that? How to fix it? If you happen to know the reason, please tell me. Thank you very much!

@Tony Are you using any 3rd party application to integrate azure translator in this application? Could you add more context about the panel you are using and how it sends a request to the translator API when a call is made?

Usually, for an error indicating to try again could be a TPS limit on your translator resource where the existing transaction per second limit is breached and more requests cannot be processed by the resource. For these scenarios, users can upgrade the pricing tier on their resource to enforce a higher TPS limit. Is this a possibility in your case?

I have the same issue. I was using a Powershell script to automate the translation and sometimes translated manually in the window of translator. But then I had to upgrade from Free to Basic plan. Probably it was the reason why the translator stopped working (see screenshots). Can you help me with it, please?3
