Self Signed Root CA deleted by CAPI2 EventID 4108

Hi
I create a SelfSigned CA Root Certificate.

Sometimes the certificate is deleted by CAPI2 with EventID 4108.
Two issues:
How can I identify what requirements my certificate is not meeting so that CAPI2 considers deleting it?
Can I ask Microsoft to evaluate the certificate so that it can be included in some white list?

Thank you
