I try to export data from iot central application to data explorer. I have already added role assignment at data explorer. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @QuantumCache I followed this link 2987626 but since it didn't describe where and how to get the client ID, tenant ID, and client secret, therefore I use the system-assigned managed identity.

The article describes how to configure the authentication with either a service principal (client ID, tenant ID, and client secret) or a managed identity.
