Mac OS enrollment in Intune

Hi All,

I am using Intune MDM solution to enroll Mac devices.

We have setup the enrollment process using DEP/ADE, enrollment is enroll using user affinity and authentication method is setup assistant using modern auth.

Devices are ready to be shipped to the user, problem is when user Turn On the device and goes through enrollment process, they are also being prompted to create local admin account on the device.

We do not want users to have admin account, is this by design, is their a way we can stop apple from asking to create local admin account, if not, what options do we have?

    Hi @MasterBlaster ,

    Just checking if you have gone through this article and followed the process of deployment the policies and setting up the ADE for IOS? If yes I will suspect is it the prompt for admin or for Apple ID? Can you confirm and check please?
