How can I stop the annoying ads at the bottom of my windows 11 sign in screen?

When i "wake-up my WIN 11 pc the following sig in screen is loaded at the bottom with "weather" and other banner stuff I do not care about. How do I stop this? Thank you!

I've had the same bug since Windows 10 (I'm up to the latest Windows 11 as I write). Once windows goes to sleep, 99 out of 100 times, I have to do a cold reboot to get it running again. Is that really the way the operating system was designed?
