Hello, my Microsoft device got damaged by a water, and I need to fix it because I believe that it is still working, but the issue is that I do not know where I can fix it here in Saudi Arabia (Dammam City), so can you let me know if there is an authorized agent please, so that I can solve my problem. Upon checking into your location, it seems there is no registered support service center. In this case, I would advise you to go this link

https://account.microsoft.com/devices

You will be asked to sign in your MS account and you will be able to open your registered MS product. From there you can select the product you need for repair and get support. You can follow the instructions and ask the support to provide you nearest location where you can send your device fox fixing.

Aside from that, Microsoft has official retail partners and stores in your area where you might be able to inquire about repair services.
