I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Is this problem specific to only this game, or have you encountered similar issues with other games or applications on your system? Was the game running fine before, or has it been facing this issue since installation?
Have you tried testing the game on another device with similar specifications, if available?
If the issue persists, try creating a new user profile and fully removing the game before creating the new profile. Here are the steps:
- Press Win + I to open Windows Settings.
- Switch to the Accounts tab.
- Click on Family & other users.
- Under Other users, click the Add account button.
- Select "I don’t have this person’s sign-in information."
- Choose "Add a user without a Microsoft account."
- Enter a username, password, and click Next.
