First thanks for your email and your services.

My name is Faisal Al-Haj Hamad and I wish you to help me to recover my account "___@___.___" in Microsoft because I lost my old phone number "xxxxxx" and don't have it now.

All my other accounts and works were related to it (Skype, beneficiaries, Friends, .....etc).

If you are not able to provide a security code due to an issue with your phone number, the only way to recover your account is to go through the Account Recovery form below.

You’ll be asked for info, like the subject lines of email you recently sent from your account, your birthdate, credit card info, and other details only you would know. You don't have to know every answer, and it's ok to be close if you don't know the exact answer.

This form should help validate your identity and account ownership. Fill in as much information as you can. This process may take up to 24 hours.
