You need to let me know what the error is when you try to recover your account. If the error is password or a block because of security

Microsoft has not created any other way one can access their account when it is locked like this.

I understand just how frustrating this situation can be, but kindly take no offence to this advice asking you to you use the form

The problem is that my account is old, which I created around 2015, and now when I try to restore it, it says to me, “This account does not exist,” and when I try to create an account with the same name and the same letters, a message appears telling me: “This is actually someone else’s account,” so I I'm confused and I'll wait. Maybe I will find a solution. thanks for your support.

I am sorry about this, can you share more information about this?

When was the last time you logged into this account? Has it been more than two years?

Did you cancel this account or did you delete this account?

Was this account part of an account alias list and you removed it?
