If you no longer have access to your alternate security contact methods, such as your phone number or email address, you will need to replace those security verification methods first. That is,
On the Verify your Identity screen, select 'I don't have any of these' and follow the prompts to replace the Security Information.
You will be asked to fill out a recovery form to confirm if the owner of the account is making the security information. Make sure you answer everything correctly.
Once verified, you will be able to replace your security information.
Note - If you remove all of your previous security Information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into the restricted state for 30 days.
