Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
- Do you have any additional verification methods, such as an email address or authenticator app, to confirm your identity?
Microsoft recommends adding multiple security verification methods. This way, if one method becomes deactivated or fails, you can still use the other available methods.
If you no longer have any verification methods, on the "Verify Your Identity" screen, select "I don't have any of these" and follow the prompts to update your security information.
You will be required to fill out a recovery form to confirm that the account owner is making the changes to the security information.
Note - If you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into the restricted state for 30 days.
