Please restore my email

This is my main email I had this email for over 15 years it**’s my main email in App Store and many government applications and it has my phone number but for a reason you stopped identifying by messege on phone number and I don’**t know why you asking me for identifying my email it logged me out off my iPhone but still connected on my iPad 

And I don**’**t use it much to send emails I recieve emails on it and have saved some of my documents in that email 

So please return email

yes first time messenge came on my phone asking login into your email

tried to log entered my password says it’s wrong coz I have to factor

took me to another page showing my phone number last two numbers

asked me to enter two numbers before these numbers I did few times before and I get a code message on my phone but this time saying that verification mothed isn’t working right now

tried help they asked few questions name birthday and last email I sent

but I didn’t send emails from this email for a long time I only receive my important emails on it and I have saved documents in it

then after trying help they replied saying you didn’t answer questions correctly

so email will be locked

I will attach few pictures

one of them from my iPad showing email still there but not receiving any new emails

I tried for few days where to contact an agent either chat or phone but cant didn’t find any

If I may ask, have you forgotten your account's password by any chance?

May I know the exact error messages/codes upon attempting to sign in to your email address?

Do you still have access to your security information/verification method phone or email?

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If yes, are you able to access the second factor of authentication?

Since you mentioned this "but for a reason you stopped identifying by messege on phone number" do you mean that you were able to access your phone verification method however upon attempting to verify, this error message showed up "verification method is not working" is that correct?
