In addition, Gmail doesn't do that either for obvious security reason: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7564124In general, email addresses should not be recycled (re-issued to new users after deletion) because doing so can cause serious privacy, security, and identity risks.An email address often represents a person’s identity online.

If a deleted address is reassigned, the new owner might receive messages meant for the original user — invoices, password resets, personal notes, or confidential business emails. This could easily lead to accidental data leaks or intentional impersonation.
