My Microsoft Account was hacked and the primary alias was changed

Hello, My Microsoft account has been compromised and the hacker changed my primary email address.

Now, when I try to log in with my original email, I get the error: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist." This means the hacker removed my email as an alias.

I cannot use the standard recovery form because it doesn't recognize my old email anymore. I have proof of ownership (previous purchases/linked devices). Please help me escalate this to the account recovery team.
