Definition

Called during a call to TryApplyChanges(Solution) to determine if a specific change to ParseOptions is allowed.

Parameters

oldOptions
ParseOptions

The old ParseOptions of the project from prior to the change.

newOptions
ParseOptions

The new ParseOptions of the project that was passed to TryApplyChanges(Solution).

project
Project

The project contained in the Solution passed to TryApplyChanges(Solution).

Returns

Remarks

This method is only called if CanApplyChange(ApplyChangesKind) returns false for ChangeParseOptions. If CanApplyChange(ApplyChangesKind) returns true, then that means all changes are allowed and this method does not need to be called.
