Validates the RuleSet attributes and the Rule classes in the RuleSet.

Parameters

validation: RuleValidation

The ValidationManager to manage the validation process.

Returns

Boolean

A ValidationErrorCollection of errors found during validation.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

validation is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

If the RuleSet contains errors (the Validate method returns false), then RuleValidation.Errors contains the list of errors encountered.
