IFaxServerNotify::OnOutgoingJobAdded method

The fax service calls the IFaxServerNotify::OnOutgoingJobAdded method when an outgoing fax job is added to the job queue.

Syntax

HRESULT OnOutgoingJobAdded(
  IFaxServer *pFaxServer,
  BSTR bstrJobId
);

Parameters

  • pFaxServer
    Type: IFaxServer*

    A FaxServer object.

  • bstrJobId
    Type: BSTR

    Null-terminated string that contains the ID of the job added to the job queue.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

To implement this functionality in Microsoft Visual Basic, select and implement the appropriate event procedure. For an example, see Registering for Fax Events.
