Parameters

request: HttpRequest

An HttpRequest object that contains request information, such as HTTP headers.

postEventSourceID: String

Source identifier for the event.

postEventArgumentID: String

Argument identifier for the event.

baseCollection: NameValueCollection

Collection of postback data from the request object.

NameValueCollection

The modified postback data collection.

Remarks

Because some devices handle postback differently from others, this method allows the adapter to modify the collection.

The HtmlPageAdapter and WmlPageAdapter implementations of this method gather control data if the post originated from a different page.

The ChtmlPageAdapter implementation performs CHTML-specific handling of postback data.
